The Association of Plastic Surgery Assistants (APSA) was founded in 1974. APSA is a national organization open to all employees of board certified and board eligible plastic surgeons.
APSA holds educational seminars in conjunction with the annual American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) scientific meeting each fall. The seminar offers a variety of programs, as well as, an opportunity to network with other plastic surgery professionals. Education focuses on all aspects of the plastic surgery office to include clinical, administrative and skin care. Receptions are held with fellow members and ASPS, as well as a vendor event, where members meet one on one with representatives from the companies that are dedicated to plastic surgery. You will return to your employment with education and an extended plastic surgery network.
The Association of Plastic Surgery Assistants is Your Professional Society of Plastic Surgery Employees.
